Job Description
The candidate should take full responsibility for total sales operations through direct training, leadership and supervision of 15 senior and junior executives across the sales territories.
The candidate should manage the team of 10 to 15 sales executives.
The candidate should motivate the direct sales & marketing team to perform market survey (Cold Calls) and conducting road shows in various areas for demonstration of product services for fixing appointments generating prospects and order closing.
The candidate should generate new business through networking efforts and execution of creative marketing and sales plans implement within the budgetary guidelines.
Sales Executive (s)
Demarcate, identify the potential customers through efficient suspecting.
The candidate should achieve the sales target with a planned approach.
The candidate should Prepare and submit the reports to higher officials (Daily Call Report, Monthly Sales reports, target achieved & Performance appraisal at the end of the day)
