Job Description
Number of Posts :- 3 GEN - Last Date:- 2008-08-11
General Conditions:-
No of Posts: JRF/Project Assistant Level-II: 3 (CSIR Network Project:2, BRNS Project:1).
Two of these positions are to work on a CSIR network project entitled "Development of Specialty Inorganic Materials for Diverse Applications". The particular research area, which will be perused under this project, is design and synthesis of molecular sensors for various ions. The other position is to work on the project entitled "Studies on the dynamics of the electron/energy transfer in multicomponent Ru(II)-trisbipyridyl or porphyrin derivatives and interfacial electron transfer", sponsored by the Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), Department of Atomic Energy, Mumbai. Both of these projects offer opportunity for Ph. D. degree.
Age: Candidates should not be more than 28 years as on 11th August, 2008. However, upper age limit may be relaxed as per CSIR rules.
Interested candidates are requested to appear before the Selection Committee for written test & interview on 11th August, 2008 at 9.00 A.M. in this Institute. You are requested to bring with you an application on plain paper giving full particulars such as (1) Full name and postal address with e-mail and Ph. No., (2) Date of birth and (3) Educational qualifications and experience (if any) together with the Xerox copies of certificates/ testimonials. You are also requested to bring with you the following documents:
1. Original Certificates(s), Marksheet(s)(Degree/Diploma, etc.) of the educational qualifications, date of birth etc. mentioned by you in your application.
2. Original Experience Certificates, Testimonials etc.
3. In case you are employed in a Government/Semi-Government or Autonomous Organization, you should bring with you a No Objection Certificate from your present employer. Otherwise, you will have to give a declaration that at present you are un-employed.
