Job Description
1. Answer Service Desk Calls for Bank or NewYork Mellon Internal end user.
2. Provide Level 1 Support in resolving password related issues.
3. Meet established OLA and SLA for Call Handling
4. Experience in Wndows, XP and basic Networking
Desired Profile
1. Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
2. Customer Handling Skills.
3. Experience in handling Windows- Support would be plus.
4. Qualification BSc. BCom and B.A
5. Good analytical skills http://www.ChetanaS.org
6. Willingness to work in night shift ( rotational).
7. Ability and willingness to learn quickly in a fast pace environment.
