Job details:
Candidates should be B.Arch/B.E. Civil degree holder with 7 to 8 years in Liaison at Architectural firms or Developers.
Job Role:
To work out the feasibility or (i) Redevelopment under various categories (ii) Cluster redevelopment (iii) MHADA redevelopment and obtain the necessary building permissions / approvals / NOCs, ensure statutory compliance of building norms and effectively coordinate with the concerned government / statutory bodies, consultants, architects etc.
