Job Description
The Candidate should be MBA/CA with work exp. of min. 12 yrs. Responsible for Complete profit generation of the designated region. Building, Grooming, Mentoring and driving the team. Handling existing stores in the region. Identifying & launching new stores. Brand Building. Strategies sales plans; Budgeting & Control. Maintain & build PR and Business Relations. Improve profitability & Resource Management. Maintain and improve Service Standards. Responsible for Store Processes, Auditing, Top line and Bottom line.
