Job Description
Undertake Auto underwriting of cases at Zone
Monitor compliance to Auto underwriting process at Zone level
Ensure that the policies are franked by signing on the policies
Ensure that the auto underwritten policies are duly scanned & transferred to the HO
Undertake all activities / compliances related to outsourced staff (Eg: Attendance, payments, statutory compliances)
Oversee the printing of policy documents to ensure that it is legible & complete
Monitor the compliance of various processes with respect to data entry and dispatch at the Zone
Undertake Volume based analysis for data entry of application and dispatch of PIPs
Ensure that targeted audit rating is achieved by the zone
Collate data on Printing and stationery on a monthly basis and provides to the AM-Zone Ops for annual budgeting
Budget for and manage inventory for all printing and stationery utilized at the Zone
Prepare various daily reports related to submission , Data entry etc
Coordinate with Branch and HO for MIS
Provide database to branch sales teams pertaining to submissions, licensing, issuance etc
Undertake welcome calling for HNI clients in conjunction with the HNI team
Oversee welcome calling for other customers through the call center
Train the call center staff in the script & processes
Undertake random sample check of calls made to ensure the quality of calls
Ensure implementation of and adherence to the Zone Executive SOP
Desired Profile
Should be graduate in any stream
Having at least one yr of exp in the similar segment
Good communication skills
