Job Description: Walk In for Technical Support at iGate Patni in Noida
Customer service and technical troubleshooting.
Exceeding call quality and efficiency standards.
Adherence to Process, Policy & Procedures.
Meeting and exceeding client SLA.
Basic PC Support, Operating System Support, MS Office, Any Graduate with hands on experience in L1 desktop support in voice based outbound process.
Excellent Communication skills- written and verbal, Team Player, Interpersonal skills, Technical troubleshooting skills.
Any Graduate with hands on experience in L1 desktop support in voice based outbound process.
Willing to work in 24/7 work atmosphere.
Willingness to sign 1 yr service agreement.
