Job Description
Business and Financial Management
1)The objective would be to provide liquidity and keep the cost of borrowings under control.
2)To ensure optimum returns on surpluses. The function would entail monitoring of risk framework of the Company.
3)Introduce new ideas and innovative structures to minimize costs of borrowings
Customer Focus
Credit lines from banks, mutual funds and FIs as per the funding plan of the Company.
Interaction with credit rating agencies.
To constantly improve satisfaction of internal customers
People / Team
To Manage the Treasury team in a way that it is adequately staffed
To ensure adequate training and development of the staff
To create a benstrenght and job coverage
Process / Quality Improvement
To implement and review Treasury manuals
To implement complete Treasury ALM systems
1)To ensure liquidity for the businesses and to keep the overall
cost of borrowing under control
2) To operate within the framework of approved limits, as framed
and approved by RBI and ALCO from time to time
3) To constantly devise risk mitigation strategies to counter risk
identify by the Company,
4)To optimize returns on surpluses
5)To implement optimal cash management solutions for all the existing branches
