Job Description: Manager-Jobs(30 positions) opening BRLPS(JEEVIKA) in Bihar

The candidate should have PG degree or diploma in management/social work/rural development/rural management from premier institutes. (Fresher can apply).
Alternatively the candidate should have
Post graduate degree in any discipline from recognized institutes/university with minimum 2 years of post qualification relevant experience.

MAnagers recruitment at JEEViKA BRPLS in Bihar

Job profile

The candidate have to identify demand and accordingly should be able to create targeted jobs per year in the district.
The candidate have to manage partnership and convergence with similar agencies at district level and ensure delivery of output as per schedule.
The person should develop cadre of 80-100 JRPs in the district and make them functional over a period of 2-3 years.
Theey have to take responsibility of creating a data bank of target beneficiaries of job sector and rolling out/updating of Jobs MIS at District level.
They need to conduct Job fairs and facilitating and supporting the District Project Manager in quality job intervention at District level.

They will work as resource support available to BPIU units for executing job sector activities.
They have have to make extensive field visit to ensure quality project/program interventions.
