Requirement analysis and development
Understand and design object oriented software
Write quality code, unit test, debug, optimize and document software
Effectively use the development tools
Follow best practices
Should be able work/coordinate with various teams and focus on delivering the application.
Excellent customer interaction skill and understanding of their requirements and translating them into Business Solutions.

Should have designed and developed object/relational persistence framework using MS Technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
In depth knowledge of ASP.Net 2.0, C#, SQL Server 2005
Exposure with .Net Nuke is mandatory
3-6 Years of IT experience - should have been working on .net related technologies
Should have B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc degree from a reputed University/Institute.
