Key Responsibilities :
Preparing Business Letters, proposals or quotations, other promotional Docs.
Preparing/ Maitaining Customer Database on the computer.
Liason with Service Delivery Team & Front-End Sales Team for Schedule Management for success of the Campaign Objective.
Generation and tracking of sales leads.
Handling the accounts from presales to delivery status.
Management of customers/marketing database; data accuracy and update.
Handling complete Office Administration. Receive, acknowledge, send emails promptly on behalf of management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
