Job Description
As an Associate Client Solutions Analyst you will be a part of the Customer Solutions Group that is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal departments with professionalism, friendliness and promptness, while taking initiatives to learn the subject matter in order to provide effective analysis and problem solving with excellent results. Your primary role will be to assess, meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of early and adequate resolution of issues, product quality and communication while making customers feels satisfied and appreciated.
You will be able to understand the reported issues and requirements in order of priority and act as a point of contact for immediate response to customer's queries and issues and provide responsive follow-up service to the customer.
You must be able to troubleshoot and analyze issues in order resolve client issues in timely manner, and participate in the solutions and testing process of those issues.
You will resolve customer problems at the early stages, and handle issues promptly and effectively and recognize when to escalate customer issues to internal departments.
You will interact with the delivery / technical team for resolution of issues.
You will keep customers and internal departments informed of factors affecting scheduled delivery.
You will handle customer complaints with professionalism, tact and diplomacy and maintain a positive approach in handling them.
You will participate in functional testing, performance testing, black box testing during product releases.
Desired Candidate Profile
You should be a full time MBA/PGDM from Top MBA institutes, with specialization in Finance.
You would have 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role preferably in an IT Product company or Service.
You must have excellent exposure and educational background in Financial Domain. Exposure in the derivatives domain will be preferred.
You should have Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills and be a team player and preferably have exposure to working with International teams.
You should be a self-starter; focused and driven to succeed; result orientated. Organized and disciplined with ability to manage expectations (internal and external)
You may be a fresher or an experienced professional working in an IT Consulting or Product company or a Bank performing the Customer Service role.
