Job Description
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Profile - Key Roles & Responsibilities
You would be responsible for complimenting the sales team in driving revenue by helping to qualify accounts, respond to RFP/RFIs, preparing and delivering solution based presentations, business cases and proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.
You shall be an active participant in the development and execution of the strategy for the opportunity by working on the identification of the milestones and tactics necessary to win the opportunity.
You shall develop complex demonstrations and presentations as they apply to customer/prospect problems and needs.
You shall anticipate and handle objections during the sales process articulating clear and concise responses while positioning the benefits of the HCL solution v/s competition.
You shall be responsible for conducting/ organizing site visits for the global customer during their India Visit (part of Sales cycle)
You shall be supporting due diligence and contract finalization processes
You shall be responsible for transitioning all information gathered during the sales cycle and the final service plan to the implementation & service delivery team.
Some of the above may require travel to onsite customer location for customer interactions
Product Management
You shall be responsible for propositions development/ developing innovative positioning around IT Infrastructure Management Services
You shall be responsible for the Research and identification of key industry trends and best practices
You shall participate in Analyst interactions/ briefing sessions for competitive positioning of HCL ISD.
You shall be responsible for extracting learnings from HCL existing engagements in a timely fashion and preparing case studies brochure.
You shall be responsible for preparing white papers & flyers on the existing propositions & new technology innovations.
