Job Description
1. Able to handle Organizational wide Black Belt project
2. Mentor Green Belt projects
3. Helping the Business units to identify the process improvements
4. Train the Green Belts and Yellow Belts
5. Manage ISO 9001 Quality Management system
6. Facilitate workout sessions
7. Lead change across the organization.
8. Process mapping and management using iGrafx
The ideal candidate shall have the following:
1. Certified Black Belt from reputed organization with 8-10 years of overall experience and at least 3 years as Full time Black Belt
2. Proficient with Six Sigma (DMAIC), statistical tools and Minitab.
3. Completed at least 3-4 Black Belt projects
4. Successfully mentored the Green Belt projects
5. Knowledge of process mapping tools and techniques
6. Thorough knowledge of Lean tools and techniques
7. Hands on experience of training Green Belts and Yellow Belts
8. Expertise in implementing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
9. Candidate having exposure in both Manufacturing and service Industry is preferred.
