Develop and implement Services HR strategy & direction for all the Business Units in the ACES location Shape & translate global HR frameworks, BU strategies, ACES HC Objectives and business area requirements into business area HR strategy. Emphasize the effects of strategic HR decision making on bottom-line results throughout the business, on regular basis and through role on relevant business area Management Team. Monitor and drive business results and help management to shape strategic future of the business through strategic thinking in HR matters and adopting a customer focused approach. Drive the P&O capability planning. Provide change management support to business units, act as a role model and provide direction on the HR implications of strategic & change projects. Analyze and define new jobs and drive new migration planning from the HR perspective. Provide inputs to prepare a GSati action plan to meet the ACES HC objectives and ensure implementation and alignment across BU's at location. Develop an attrition control and attrition management strategy for the BU's at ACES location. 2. Internal advisory & coaching to management on people-related issues Analyze HR and business data with the support of the Business Manager, communicate the meaning to managers and identify key HR action items. Work with BU Head to identify people-related improvement areas that enhance productivity and profitability of the BU. Ensure effective resolution of any escalations from HR Services on complex people issues. Consult with specialists to gather relevant expert advice & solutions for the business. Coach, challenge and support management in their role in a range of strategic people-related HR processes, for example: Identification of talent, key positions & succession plans.
