Job Description
The Associates are responsible for the accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of financial data.
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of work in a cost effective manner. Execute on-line updating of customer records. Interact with external clients and multiple groups within Fidelity (Client Managers, Auditors, Telephone and correspondence Representatives, Telesales, New Implementation Managers and Operations Managers)
· Contribute to the team environment and overall effective services provided to Fidelity's client base.
· Take initiative to undergo training to enhance their individual job performance. High quality of work with a strong customer orientation
