PRODUCTION PLANNER Employer Name: Rehau Polymers Pvt Ltd Employer Address: Email: URL: Phone: Required Skills: - Working experience in polymer extrusion industry will be an added advantage.- Strong coordination skills with.- Knowledge of ERP / SAP based software is a must.- Good Customer contacts Required Experience: 0-1 years Required Education: Job Location: Pune Job Description - Receiving orders from sales offices or customers. - Check P.Q.B & Vio-Prices. - Check and confirm variant number, raw material, color & packing. - Draw up production documentation. - Ensure that the correct supporting documents are issued. - Plan the orders in for production. - Monitor production on daily basis and ensure that orders are confirmed within delivery date. - Plan the production together with factory staff on daily basis. - Close off production orders. - Account the production order. - Printing the daily production statistics. - Ensure orders are accepted as per agreed specifications and applicable PQB and vio Prices. - To aim to achieve desired production efficiency. - To achieve 100% of targeted output as per the norms. - Daily monitor and report the articles which are not produced according to norms along with the technical reasons and action to reach norms. Necessary justification for norms changes. - Generate reports on time. - Capacity Planning. - Generate MIS .
