Sr. Executive - TSM Sales

To ensure achievement of sales target & revenues in the territory and also ensure optimum market penetration.

Job Profile

EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES 1. Ensure achievement of sales targets. ? Provide inputs for setting of sales target to be achieved from the territory in terms of number of customers and sales in a given time period. ? Set & communicate daily sales targets on the basis of the monthly targets to Distributor / FOS. ? Monitor sales performance on a daily basis to ensure achievement of targets by the Distributor / FOS. ? Ensure build up of pipeline with potential conversion accounts and new order prospects. ? Monitor status of key order conversions, open calls status etc. for the area using weekly/ monthly/ quarterly trackers. ? Take timely corrective action to ensure acquisition of clients and closing of sales calls. ? Prepare reports on sales performance in the territory on a monthly basis. ? Collect and collate information on competition and trends in the market. ? Provide sales performance and market feedback reports to ASM on a regular basis. 2. Ensure optimum product penetration in the market. ? Have updated information on sales schemes finalized at the managerial level. ? Ensure communication of right schemes to the retailer in the market through the FOS. ? Ensure availability of DTH equipment in the required quantities as per the company norms and policies. ? Maintain adequate supply of stock for timely availability of the product in the market. ? Acquire more customer base by network expansion in the territory. 3. Provide excellent services to the customer. ? Handle queries and complaints of customers escalated by the distributor / FOS ? Ensure that the problem faced by the customer is resolved in a timely manner by the distributor / FOS. ? Communicate new product features and schemes to the distributors / FOS to be communicated to the customer. ? Escalate customer complaints to ASM incase unable to solve them at the territorial level. 4. Maintain relationship with Distributors and FOS ? Ensure selection of required minimum number of distributors and dealers in the territory while ensuring maximum coverage ? Maintain effective working relationships with distributors through regular communication and interaction. ? Ensure timely availability of product from state warehouses to distributors for stocking. ? Give recommendations on selection or termination of any distributor to ASM. ? Check claims of distributors and forward them to ASM after approval. ? Monitor investment required for distributors and ROI generated by them. ? Ensure timely settlement of claims of the distributors / dealers. ? Communicate with dealers through distributors ? Faciliate recruitment of DSE / FOS by distributors. ? Ensure that all FOS receive adequate training to enable them to perform effectively.
