Swiss German with French Customer Service Representative - City Centre
Dutch with French Customer Service Representative
On behalf of our client, a multinational, well renowned pharmaceutical company based in Dublin City Centre, we are urgently seeking a bilingual Swiss German with French Speaker to join their dynamic, international team
The role will involve:
Processing orders from the customers / sales force received via telephone, fax, post
Ensuring customer queries (order queries, stock situation, despatch details, invoices are resolved satisfactorily
Processing returns/adjustments
Complaint handling
involvement in Special Projects
Requirements:
Fluent Swiss German, French and English
6 months experience in customer care
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and customer oriented approach
Knowledge of SAP an advantage but not essential
Salary:
24.5k + Brilliant Benefits Package/Salary Review after 6 months and Excellent Career Prospects
