Chef de Partie for Award Winning Blue Book Restaurant at Wineport Lodge
CHEF DE PARTIE
Wineport Lodge is stunningly located on the edge of Ireland's peaceful Inland Waterways in Glasson, Co. Westmeath. Housed in a modern cedar clad structure, it offers the perfect place to dine and stay, in the heart of Ireland, with all 30 rooms afforded with stunning lake views and west facing balconies.
In the 120 seater restaurant, Eurotoques Chef Feargal O'Donnell's team use only the freshest local artisan produce for an interesting Menu which changes seasonally.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie, to work with a team of talented and service driven chefs.
This position would suit an experienced qualified chef, who has worked in a high quality kitchen environment for at least three years. Working with an organised and innovative approach, you will be a vital member of this committed kitchen brigade.
You will have the drive and talent to grow within our dynamic and service driven environment. A fluent English speaker, you will possess a high personal standard, have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, and will enjoy rising to the challenge in this very dynamic and rewarding position.
