Extensive experience in SAP R/3 HR & Payroll support, or at least 2 full Life Cycle Projects is a must;
Will have exposure to: 1) SAP HR/Payroll core functional and SAP HR/Payroll configuration; 2) OSS Notes; 3) Understanding/experience in other module(s) is must (Example: FI/CO integration).
The minimum required skill set for candidates is as follows:
-Modules: Payroll, Time Evaluation, Personnel Administration, ESS / MSS,
-Personnel Development, Organisational Management, Training & Events Management, Recruitment / E-Recruitment expert, Personnel cost planning, Experience of working within a support environment, Experience of SAP version 4.7/ECC5/ECC6
• Experience of applying latest technologies, upgrades to new versions, co-ordinating mini projects/enhancements and trainings.
• Will have undertaken a number of project implementations as well as documented experience of troubleshooting.
• Comprehensive understanding of business procedures.
• Experience of having communicated important business information at all levels in an organisation, from clerical staff to executive board members.
• Ability to identifying risks and reporting them to the team leader / Service Manager.
• Will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Able to work on own initiative
- Communicate at board level down.
- Can do - will do attitude
- Empathy with client
- Amenable and friendly
