he HRS Project Management team owns and manages processes that transition work to the appropriate delivery channel within Human Resource Services (HRS).
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing project responsibilities from inception to completion including scope, schedule, cost, benefits and quality.
Responsibilities
•Coordinate with multiple Globalization Project Teams and initiatives including geographically remote teams
•Manage and implement project responsibilities from inception to completion including: scope, schedule, cost, benefits and quality
•Implement, track and analyze critical project performance and quality metrics to continuously improve the end to end process performance
•Use Project management and process improvement tools to analyze and streamline transition processes
•Develop detailed Blueprint requirements documents for migration of targeted processes
•Coordinate with local teams including: Operations, HR, Quality and Technology team members to ensure timely completion of the project deliverable
•Develop and implement risk mitigation plans
•Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and stakeholders
•Execute and adhere to HRDP processes including Phase Gate Review Plans and Metrics
•Integration with transition and delivery managers; infuse the HRS global organization business and HR functional process knowledge
Should be able to work any of the shift timings as required by the project.
•Graduate in any discipline
•Previous experience in managing end to end process transition in earlier role.
•4+ years total work experience
•Six Sigma training/experience highly desirable
•Excellent interpersonal & competent analytical skills
•Excellent communication and articulation skills (written, verbal, public speaking) required
•Strong Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility at work
•Ability to conceptualize and communicate business needs and translate them into actionable proposals
•Ability to coordinate action from groups outside of direct reporting lines to resolve issues
•Experience in operating at all levels of the business
•Proven ability to influence and promote ideas upwards
