Job Description
Location:Mumbai
Eligibility
-Graduate freshers are welcome to apply
-Under-graduates with minimum 6 months of experience
Process Description
-Identify billing related issues and explain adequately the reasons for the same
-Manage customer inquiries and provide end to end resolution wrt price plan,free data allowance,installments,payments charges and network coverage
-Support post sale inquiry relating to network and handsets
-Develop customer service leads for other channels
-Verbally demonstrate the features and benefits of 3 products and services and information concisely, accurately and in an enthusiastic manner
