Job Description
Our Agency Marketing and Support Division, partners with many foreign principals in providing advanced technology - high cost capital equipment to the following customer segments: Electronics Manufacturing and Repair, Telecom, Defence and Scientific Research. The value of these equipment ranges from Rs. 2 Lacs to Rs. 10 Crores.
As an Application and Technical Support Engineer, your challenge will be to make sense of all the technical and technological aspects of the equipment that we represent in India, increase your knowledge and expertise through self-initiative; and become a technical support expert on a chosen line of products and technologies.
You will provide technical and technology advise to customers and help them choose the right product, you will install and commission the systems and train the customer on how to use it; provide application support as well as warranty and break down support and you will also resolve technical issues and problems faced by the customer during the usage of the equipment. Your seniors and experts from our foreign principals will support you through email and telephone. Some selected engineers will be sent abroad for training at our principal facilities.
Your career ambition is to become a "technical support expert" and you love to share your expertise with customers and fellow engineers within the organization.
