MBA or Diploma in HR from a reputed university
Competency Requirements
Candidate should possess MBA/Diploma in HR from the reputed university
Candidate should have 2 years of experience in HR in the BPO industry only
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work under high pressure and have an eye for details
Be willing to work extended/flexible hours
Good knowledge of MS office and internet skills
