The canditate will be responsible for Training & Development ,PMS ,Rewards & Recognition , Verious MIS, Competency Mapping ,Induction ,Quality Management Systems Like TS and analysis of trends of absenteesim ,attrition, Wages & Salary ,Adm Etc
