Job Description
Procurement of Right Material at Right time at Right Place at Right cost.
Reduce break down of machinery by providing spares in time.
Procurement cost optimization through better negotiation.
Improve internal customers Satisfaction.
Efforts for improving rating of vendors.
Reduce indent process & purchase order execution time.
Reduce Material procurement lead-time by entering into rate contract for fast moving
items.
Meet out urgent requirements of user Deptt. during breakdown/ shutdown.
Procurement of stores, spares & Equipment for various Deptt for maintenance & smooth
operation of the Plant.
