Job Description
Optimize process parameters & Monitor Process performance and take corrective action for smooth operation.
¿ Hands on experience of CFBC (Circulating Fluidized Boiler Combustion) Boilers.
¿ Evolve schemes resulting in reduction of heat rate and Auxiliary power cost.
¿ Monitor auxiliary power, O2 level, false air, lubricants consumption and idle running of equipment.
¿ Monitor of ash samples.
¿ Take corrective action to maintain targets of auxiliary power consumption.
¿ Ensure running of power saving equipment to optimize and reduce power consumption.
¿ Routine round of TPP to identify process abnormalities and to take corrective actions to maintain Availability/ Generation/ Quality.
¿ Coordinate with other maintenance departments for related jobs.
¿ Conduct Why-Why analysis of break down and ensure implementation.
¿ Implementation & execution of procedures in case of new process equipment / products
¿ Take no-load trials of standby equipment & changeover when required
¿ Take preventive action for maintenance of problematic equipment.
¿ Checking of standby equipment.
¿ Implementation of safety standard.
¿ Regular auditing of safety by other departments.
¿ Compliance of statutory requirements.

Supervise and monitor quality systems (ISO, EMS, TPM, OHSAS) in the section through the involvement of people for improving Plant Performance as per Quality / Environmental Standards.
