Job Description
¿ Assisting quality council members in identification of projects.
¿ Imparting quality awareness training to all employees up to AM & green belt training to al mangers & above.
¿ Mentoring support to all green belt projects taken up at circle level.
¿ To complete Black Belt projects at the circle level under the aegis of Master Black Belt.
¿ Assisting green belts for certification.
¿ Ensuring tollgate review for all sigma projects.
¿ Assist departments in perusing certifications that may be relevant to them/organization i.e TL 9000, ISO 9000,COPC
¿ Drive process standardization/documentation initiatives across the circle.
