Job Description
¿ Critically analysis of the techno ¿ commercial evaluation
¿ Checking the adequacy of civil design of different structures as provided by the consultants.
¿ Estimating the quantity of steel, cement, concrete & aggregate requirement.
¿ Critically analyze detail description of job requirements, analyze vendors for high quality and low cost.
¿ Critically examine quality checks for raw materials, coordination with site & Civil contractor for proper planning, Plan & Monitor mobilization of resources in time at site, monitor & review progress / corrective actions, review budget & corrective actions for over runs, check measurement & bill passing systems.
