Job Description

Next Link (P) Ltd is recruiting Customer Support Executive for their client - one of the leading Property and Casualty insurance groups in Canada, providing home, automobile and business insurance and premier claims service to over 2.2 million customers.

-Involves handling inbound Calls for UK Customers
-Involves resolving customer queries related to insurance
-Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries, ability to communicate correctly and clearly
-Attractive incentives and perks would be rewarded
-Transport and food facilities provided
-Age restriction up to 28 yrs
-Anglo-Indians / Convent educated persons will be given preference
- Freshers or international call center experienced candidates can also apply
-Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based International Call centre (0 -1yr) will be considered
