Job Description: *Take ownership and delivery of CRES Operations alongwith one-stop responsibility and accountability of the entire operation effort in this division, providing a centre of technical excellence interfaced with business solutions. *To develop and implement the re-engineered process platform for the joint organisation in the area of Operations creating efficiency and productivity enhancement. *Create leading edge solutions that operate cross business and functions in the area of space management thereby generating capacity and organic growth. *Optimise profitability in a sustainable manner by effectively managing the operations budget portfolio and create a competitive cost base, thus resulting in a direct impact on P&L and a competitive balance sheet. *To be responsible for complete estate management, including the identification of new premises, renovation of properties, analysis and negotiations of contracts, project executions and management, handling statutory requirements / legal matters. *The jobholder has to ensure that the banks assets are monitored, maintained, enhanced in utility and value. *To streamline the process in Operations in order to achieve consistency & synergy. *The job purpose is to ensure that minor projects, routine maintenance, refurbishment's, lease management and all other facets of the estates division in the bank are executed with the set guidelines of quality, cost and time, and Project Management disciplines introduced and implemented in every facet of CRES. *The jobholder should ensure that there is an audit trail of all works that are carried out in order for accountability
Qualifications & Skills - Minimum Graduate. Being a Civil Engineer, Electrical-Mechanical Engineeeer, Architect, MBA would be an added advantage. - Should have excellent communication skills, team management capabilities and leadership qualities. Should have managed a team of atleast 15 people. - Should be energetic, aggressive and a crisis manager. Should be well connected with Police and local authorities. - Able to maintained good working relationships with key client business leaders across regions - Should have had prime operational responsibilities in middle and senior Management positions spanning approx 15 years. MNC and international exposure would be an added advantage. - Should have atleast 15 years of experience in managing a large portfolio of properties across geographies, which would be above 1 Mio sq.ft - An accomplished Administrator who should have rich cross functional experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Security, Repairs & Maintenance, Project Execution, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management, Health-Safety-Environment, Transport, Disaster Recovery, Operational Risk, Asset Management , Strategic planning, Finance (especially budgeting) -Should be familiar with construction/fit-out standards and legal/regulatory requirements Should be comfortable establishing working relationship with local government bureaus and regulatory bodies - Extensive experience with tendering processes
