Job Description
1)Project Planning, monitoring, execution and evaluation and selection of sites.
2) Establishing time span of project execution as per client specifics
3) Listing down resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
4) Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, analyzing variance, forecasting weekly, etc.
5) Co-ordinating with consultant and clients, reviewing during the course of project review meetings.
6) Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with site management activities.
7) Identifying & developing alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery so as to minimize project cost.
8) Ensuring that equipment/ materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
9) Preparing & floating of tenders to contractors / sub contractors, evaluating of offers, techno-commercial discussion & finalizing contract in view of project schedule.
10) Settling of all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.
