Job Description
- Install and administer servers with the Microsoft Windows 2000 and above operating systems.
- Install Desktops and Laptops with the Microsoft XP professional and above operating system and various software applications used in the organisation.
- Analyze, rectify and solve the problems concerned with Operating System, Hardware and Software.
- Coordinating with the IPLC and VPN provider for the continuous availability of the WAN link.
- Manage backups, archival and restoration of data whenever required.
