Job Description
* Excellent management skills
* Should be able to drive a team of development and performance engineers
* Should have development background and hands on experience
* Good exposure to technology and related performance issues
* Should have done some assignments in creating performance strategy, performance sizing, tuning system components and performance testing
* Exposure to a variety of popular tools used in performance testing and engineering
* Should be able to handle multiple project assignments
* Smart, aggressive and excellent communication skills
