Basic Qualifications:
• Be able to work flexible hours and travel as required
• 7+ years experience in the aviation industry
• 4 year degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Aerospace Engineering

• Possess knowledge required to complete mechanical hands on tasks plus the ability to become a MAV Instructor pilot
• Be able to solve clearly defined problems associated to assignment
• Ability to anticipate problems and recommend solutions

• Be able to multitask
• Have good presentation skills
• Participate with business units to provide input with regard to the planned effort to develop and deploy the support requirements for the MAV
• Establish relationship with customers to ensure positive Honeywell image
• Develop a teaming relationship with members of the Training Team, Engineering, and other appropriate members of the MAV Team
• Provide direct support to customers on the systems and/or subsystems for MAV systems in the field
• Work with Training Department to assist and update training programs and schedules appropriate for customer base and provide hands on training as required
