Job Description

- Manage, coach and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants, performing direct targeted recruiting searches and providing creative recruiting solutions.

- Provide technical expertise as a super user of the Eaton applicant tracking database and maintain the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the system.

- Recommend and implement best practices within the Talent Acquisition Center.

- Monitor and drive the talent acquisition metrics: Cost per hire, time to fill, Client Satisfaction, Cost Avoidance and Pipeline creation.

- Analyze metrics and initiate research on best practices and benchmarks as input to designing and implementing recruiting.

- Manage the customer relationships to build a strong internal/external network.

- Develop relationships with and manage external vendors to complement internal resources.

- Manage events, conferences, branding campaigns, and other initiatives that help Eaton recruit for a diverse workforce.

- Recommend new and creative solutions for internal and external hiring processes.

- Build relationships with business partners in order to assess their needs and provide solutions. Interact effectively with all levels of employees, management, and leadership office, as well as with VP Global Talent Acquisition and TA Consultants, Contractor TA Consultants and Sourcers, and other talent acquisition staff.

- Develop and implement effective processes and systems to support the program.
