Job Description
* Coordinate all recruiting activities including, but not limited to sourcing, advertising, networking, screening, scheduling and interviewing.
* May participate in Job Fairs, or Walk-ins and other on-campus recruitment activities to get the best of candidates.
* Work with management and senior technical personnel of Clients to determine resource needs and position requirements
* Generate a pipeline of qualified candidates through the effective management of relationships with candidates. Partner with other recruiting consulting firms in order to keep their attention focused on our placements.
* Facilitate interviews and coordinate interview schedules of candidates with management or technical personnel, including occasional travel arrangements if needed.
* Conduct background screenings and reference checks.
* Prepare management reports and updates.
* Convince candidates to join Client Company through the effective use of selling techniques.
