Job Description
Design and develop Sales and Marketing plans/ programmes for the unit to ensure customer loyalty and maximum revenue.
-Responsible for Annual Budgeting and MIS report generation.
-Shall be responsible for formulation and implementation of strategic and development related initiatives.
-Provide management with market information regarding the changes and development of Marketing and or competitive issues on regular basis.
-Set and ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial and development objectives for self and team.
-Review activity reports of Sales and Marketing personnel to ensure Targets and Sales objectives are met
-Assist the Managers and Associates, with resolving escalated client issues.
-Travel as required.
-Focused towards organizing and maintaining a favorable working relationship with all
associates and customers to foster and promote long term, prosperous associations with an emphasis on maximizing revenue.
-Analysis of financial performance and market trends to set annual budgets and track performance periodically.
-Assist in other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by Management.
