Job Description
Pharma Patent Information Specia list:
The successful candidate will carry out searches such as novelty, freedom of operation, i nvalidity, and opposition searches using various specialized patent and non-patent databases. He/she will actively work with the Attorneys in the global patent organization and assist them in identifying and securing valuable intellectual property (IP) for the Company. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong and genuine passion for building a career in IP.
Candidates having additional wor k experience of less than one year after completing their Master's Degree may also be cons idered. Some prior database s earching experience, preferably related to pharmaceutical IP are as, and/or some knowledge of patent law is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills with a strong command over writte n and spoken English is essential.
The successful candidate upons election will be offered a solid regimen of training to develop as a skilled Patent Information Specialist. Further opportunities to develop other IP skills and mature into a full fledged patent professional will also be provided.
