Candidates should have1-2yrs of experience
Candidates must be willing to work in 24*7 environment; in 3 shifts.
Capable of handling Desktop issues.
Installation & troubleshooting of Windows OS.
Good in Email client configuration & troubleshooting.
Candidates should be able to troubleshoot LAN/WAN related issues.
Candidates must have knowledge of working on Windows 2000/XP & 2000 Server Environment.
Candidates must have worked on Remote Monitoring/Management tools like NetMeeting, PC anywhere etc.
Candidates must have good command over spoken English
