'He / She should carry a positive attitude at all times.
'A Team Professional should be forever willing, prompt and proactive in his approach towards guest needs.
'To handle situation and guest request efficiently the team professional should have sound knowledge of the product i.e., the hotel and the job knowledge in fields of Food and Beverage or Front Office to implement the task without complaints.
'The team professional should be able to empathize and anticipate guest need and request in different situations.
'A Team professional should be multiskilled tomeet guest needs requirement with efficiency and spontaneity.
'A Team professional should be effective in his communication skills which helps them to anticipate guest needs and deliver prompt service.
'It is the responsibility of the Team professional to be well updated and have thorough menu knowledge to record Room Orders.
'He / She should have efficient interdepartmental coordination for smooth operation of the shift with the help of the Team Leader on the PVGL to avoid delay in services for guest needs.
'He / She should be capable of handling monthly inventory smoothly with sound knowledge of the relevant procedure to implement the task. A conscious effort to keep the cost at low by exercising weekly store pick up is also required.
'He / She should also should contribute in making conscious effort to minimize wastage of perishable food items and contribute towards efficiently handling of the weekly store indent and keeping cost at low.
'The Team professional has to place welcome amenities in all the guest rooms and the same has to be replenished on the daily basis. The minibar is also checked and replenished on the daily basis and the charges are posted to the guest room.
