Job Description
Looking for SeniorApplication Developer's , Team Lead, Project Lead who perform the following function :
Should have hands on experience in coding, designing, developing and testing application.
Able to translate design to code for assigned tasks / projects.
Able to create a design for the assigned projects.
Follow standard design methodologies.
Able to Provide technical guidance to the team members when faced with problems.
Perform design review to eliminate design defects early in projects life cycle Perform code reviews for assigned projects.
Able to Maintain version discipline and perform self audits on task.
Able to Ensure project documentation as per SDLC.
Able to Identify, escalate and track issues on project assignments with minimal guidance to closure.
Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and be a quick learner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; articulate; must be able to communicate their ideas effectively.
Strong experience putting together and delivering both business and technical presentations.
