Responsibilities of the position include:
- Drive all strategic planning related activities for the Light Vehicles vertical - lead the STRAP process
- Develop and operationalize segmentation; define and develop value propositions required for each target segment and articulate the impact each target segment will have on the global LV business
- Cooperate with Product Line to translate customer needs into high priority and high value product development opportunities
- Define pricing strategy for all offerings at early stage, and manage the annual pricing budget for customers; drive value pricing capability throughout the business so that it becomes the everyday expectation
- Develop branding and communications strategies for all products & segments. Ensure harmonization with global communications
- Support the demand forecasting process for SIOP, AOP and STRAP- define customer prioritization in case of constrained deliveries
-Support the Corporate Business Development to include M&A or business divestitures.
- Support key development programs as the Marketing functional excellence within matrix organizations
- Ensure the proper monitoring of all governmental activities having a potential impact on the business

Qualifications
MBA
- Engineering degree (preferred) - ability to understand technology
- Strong micro-economics background: understanding of P&L and cost structures.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Strategic or Product Marketing in a technology differentiated sector (automotive a plus).- Deep understanding of segmentation, value-based pricing and product development
- Results track record - proven ability to translate strategies into action and results
- Exposure to global operations, with experience in developing effective global business strategies and marketing plans across many different operating environments.
