MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years experience in developing custom SAP applications
- General ABAP programming for Reports / Interfaces / Conversions / Extensions / Forms
- Development of BDC interfaces
- EDI / IDOC / ALE
- BAPIs
- SAP Scripts
- SmartForms
- ABAP Objects
- Transactions / Dialog programming
- Business objects
- Work flow and/or ABAP WebDynpro
- Security / SAP authorizations
- Debugging of different SAP processes
- BADIs

In addition, the following general qualifications are critical for this role.
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Team play
- Ability to come up with estimates based on different levels of specifications at different stages of a project.
- Ability to work through and accomplish tasks in estimated time targets
- Ability to document / explain / escalate issues appropriately through to the Mgmt
- Design smart technical solutions for different business process requirements.
- Ability to understand functional specifications and convert them to technical specifications and code
- Conduct reviews of functional and technical designs
- Ability to coordinate tasks with other onsite/offshore team members.
- Experience with working in a distributed multiple SAP systems landscape.
- Application of SAP notes and fixes as and when required.
- Desire for constant learning
- Inclination to define/refine process standards and quality procedures

Within SAP systems, knowledge of the following modules are desirable for this position.
- Sales and distribution
- Materials management
- APO / SCM
- Production planning
- Logistics execution
- Warehouse management

Other SAP modules experience such as CRM is considered additional useful qualification. As well, other technical skills such as BSP/JAVA are considered as a plus.
