Should have been working for at least 8 years in shift operation in any multi-unit coal fired thermal power station with individual machine rating not less than 100 MW

Job Description

1) Responsible to act as a shift in charge overseeing the operation of 400 MW capacity power station along with day to day coordination with Maintenance

2) To review operations with respect to arrangement for outages, power demand situation, fuel and water position,etc.

3) To design the procedures and practices to be observed in operations and the framework to operationalise these procedures

4) To evolve new ideas for better operation and house keeping

5) To analyze faults & skill to handle emergencies of a Power Plant equipment
