Job Description
- Attending technical calls at user end/through phone / email .
- Check the calls and allocate to engineers.
- Problem escalation as per decided escalation matrix
- Maintaining shift schedules and other helpdesk reports.
- Maintaining call register
- 'Follow up with users about the service/complaints redressed.
- 'Self-correspondence.
