Job Description
Subject Knowledge: Should have good domain knowledge about HR processes with a thorough understanding of the recruitment and selection process.Good working knowledge of MS Office & exposure to e HR tools
Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills.Good coordination and planning capabilities.
Market knowledge: Familiarity with the local job market. Knowledge of different sourcing agencies / methods.
Customer Focus: Understanding the needs of the internal customers and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions.
Achievement Orientation: Set challenging and achievable goals.
Preference would be given for male candidates who belong to U.P.
