Madras Christian College (1974 B.Sc: Statistics)

I had a nice time when I studied. I am still very proud of my College.
Dr. Gift Siromoney was the head of the Department when I studied there.He was a person with high intelligence and sincerity in teaching and was my favourite there.
Sri K R Rajagopalan, J P Vijayathilakan were other senior professors when I studied there.
My ancillary subjects were Mathematical Economics, Mathematics and Computer programming.
Ours was the first recognised batch with Statistics as the Major subject. My classmates are still there at the college teaching other students.
We were just 5 girls and 35 boys in the class.
I am in touch with my friends from College even now. One of my friends is a Reader there in the Statistics and another is the Head of the Department.
If and when I get time I like to visit my college at least to walk around the gardens.
I would love to contact or keep in touch with any of my classmates or friends
