How to deal with wrinkles
Wrinkle are very common during old age but premature wrinkles can because a serious reason for mental stress. Wrinkles are slight skin folds, lines and creases that mainly occur on the face, around the neck and on various parts of the body. Pollution and sun damage: Pollution such as minute dust particles, exposure to harsh chemicals damages the outer part of skin and causes wrinkles. Sunlight which contains ultraviolet rays damages the newly formed healthy collagen fibers and leads to the production of solar scar. These solar scars develops premature wrinkle and also causes abnormal production of elastin protein on the face.

Fruit juices such as apply juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, banana juice helps in reducing wrinkles permanently. There fruits are very rich in vitamins and minerals and contain large amount of antioxidant to treat wrinkles.
Coconut, virgin castor oil and vitamin E oil are very effective in fighting wrinkles. Regular message over the wrinkle affected area with these oils will decrease the visible appearance of the wrinkles.
Mix some tablespoon of honey with grated raw carrot and apply it over the wrinkled area as a face pack. Keep it for 15 minutes and then scrub it off with cold water. Honey is a natural moisturizer whereas carrots provide the essential vitamins to the skin.
Mix egg white with vitamin E oil and rub it over the wrinkled area gentle in circular motion. Egg white helps in thickening of the dermis and also tightens up the skin to reduce the appearance of the wrinkles.
Cocoa also help in reducing wrinkles because it contains a large amount of antioxidant which reduces the ageing process. It also triggers the production of new collagen fibres in the skin.
Quit smoking and alcohol; they actually trigger the formation of more wrinkles and also avoid frequent washing of face as it washes away large amount of vitamins and moisture from the skin.

Scientific and artificial means of treatments are the fastest ways to get rid of wrinkles. These treatments can immediately eradicate and minimise the appearance of wrinkles and can also prevent the formation of future wrinkles. Some of the most wide used treatments are

Laser skin surfacing: In this process, the upper layer of the skin near the wrinkles is removed through laser. This helps in layering the skins and this also helps in increasing the production of new collagen fibres.
Alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs): These are natural fruit acids which are extracted from fruits like apple, papayas, grapes and pineapples. These acids are directly injected on the wrinkle affected area.
